REORDERS: My portraits are awesome! How can I get more?

You can reorder portraits on our website at www.oconnorphotographystudio.com.
Click the Late/Reorder tab and select Fall orSpring or Sport from the drop down menu.

  • No code is required to reorder Fall School or Spring Pictures.

  • Reorder purchases are shipped directly to the mailing address you enter online.


MISSING PICTURES

If your package is incomplete, please notify our studio within five (5) business days of receiving your order.
Please do not contact the school.


RETAKES

If you are not satisfied with your portraits, your student may participate in retakes if your school has a retake day scheduled with us.

Important retake instructions:

  • The entire photo package must be returned to the photographer on retake day.

  • Place a note on the outside of the package explaining what you did not like about the portrait.

  • Your student must give the original pictures to the photographer before the retake photo is taken.

Please check your school’s calendar for the scheduled retake day.


DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Digital downloads (with copyright release) are emailed to:

  • The email address listed on your online order

  • Your mobile phone number (if provided)

Downloads are sent at the same time printed pictures are delivered to the school, approximately 3 weeks after after picture day.
Be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotions folders.

Didn’t receive your email?
Visit https://deliveries.plic.io/deliveries/ and enter your student’s ticket code.
The ticket code can be found on the package label or by contacting our customer service office.


RETURNS

Returns for a refund must be made within five (5) business days of receiving your package.
After five business days, all sales are final.

  • Packages must be mailed back to our office to receive a refund.

  • Please include a note requesting a refund.

  • Do not return portrait packages to the school
