Q & A   

REORDERS: My portraits are Awesome! How can I get more?  

You can reorder pictures at our website www.oconnorphotographystudio.com. Click the tab Late/Reorder and click the dropdown Fall or Spring. There is no code for reordering Fall School Pictures. Your order will be mailed to the address you enter online.  

Reordering Sports Pictures: Please call us at 1.800.993.4929 or email customerservice@oconnorphotographystudio.com

MISSING PICTURES: If your package is incomplete, please notify our studio within five (5) business days of receipt of your order. Please do not call the school.  

RETAKES: If you are not happy with your pictures you may have your student get retakes if your school has a retake day scheduled with us. Please make sure to return entire photo package to photographer on retake day! This includes Digital Download orders. Please post a note on the outside of the package describing what you do not like about the portrait. Your student must hand the original pictures to the photographer before the retake picture is taken. For retake digital downloads, please call our office to place an order for a retake digital download. 

Please check your school's calendar for the scheduled retake day for your school.  

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS: Digital downloads with a copyright release, will be emailed to your email address listed on your online order and to your mobile phone number listed on your online order (if applicable). Downloads are emailed at the same time pictures are delivered to the school, around 4 weeks after the photos are taken. Remember to check your spam and/or promotions as well as your inbox. 

Didn't get your email? You can visit here: https://deliveries.plic.io/deliveries/ and enter your student's ticket code to access their photo.  Their ticket code can be found on their package label or by contacting our customer service office.

RETURNS: Returns for a refund must be made within five (5) business days of receipt of package. After five (5) Business days, all sales are final. Picture packages must be mailed back to our office to receive a full refund. Please enclose a note in your return requesting a refund.  Please do not give your portrait package back to the school.
